Joanna Gutierrez Winters, Founder and President, has over 15 years experience working with various US government agencies in international and interagency strategic, operational, and tactical analysis and planning. Her areas of expertise include counter-terrorism, counter-insurgency, counter-narcotics, counter-human trafficking, international economics and development, and military operations. She advises foreign governments and organizations on effective coordination to achieve strategic goals. Her experience and desire to create impactful change led her to create Winters Global Solutions.
Upon his retirement, following thirty-three years as a Navy Seal, Rear Admiral Edward Winters became a partner. During his career with the Navy, Admiral Winters led multiple teams and organizations within DOD to carry out missions related to national security. His leadership, team work and vision led to the successful completion of hundreds of successful operations.
Together, they believe that leadership, team building and strategy development are at the core of what makes any unit or organization successful.
